Not worth the buy Came with no charger No charger …! I don’t know if it works The only things that was missing in the description was the Discover.
extra 1-inch feed defeats the convenience I wish I had listened to other people's reviews. In short: there is no way to use this label-maker without scissors. Even with the "narrow" margin option. Either you use the "chain" setting and have to cut between labels, or you get an extra inch of label that you have to snip off with every label. I really wish I had taken the negative reviews more seriously and bought a different label maker. Disappointed... Very excited it to use...product do not detect cassette do clear labels than it turn off didn’t want to turn on with new batteries which required....Definitely returning this product immediately...super upset ??
Doesn't work I used this once to print out labels for my toolboxes. It then sat unused for 6 months and now won't turn on. I put in new batteries too.

DRM makes this garbage My old label maker broke. This one has technology that tells it to ignore older Brother Ptouch cartridges. Don’t reward this corrupt scam.
Wastes a ridiculous amount of tape It’s functional, but it has one glaring problem. Every single label, regardless of size, includes 1 inch of excess tape on the end that you need to cut off with scissors. This excess serves no purpose other than to waste tape and your money. It is not necessary for making short labels long enough to pull out or anything like that. Very difficult learning curve After using the basic P-Touch labelmaker happily for years, I decided to trade up to a model with more features. The possibilities for variation size, format, etc. appealed to me since I was about to finally my ever growing number of hardware and software items that were overflowing my cramped office.
