This doesn’t come with a charger or battery. Just know this product doesn’t come charged up, has no charger or batteries in package . Sad I have to go spend extra money to buy differently.
Bad Purchase Based on the product details made the purchase for my wife as a Xmas gift. Needless to say she was happy, however just started to use the device and wish I never bought it. The instructions are less than friendly to follow, let alone understand, and now she doesn't want anything to do with the label maker. Another HUGE dislike is that this product USES heck of a lot more tape than other label makers. There is so much waste of tape because you have to trim so much of it after printing. Wouldn't even turn on No matter what I tried, batteries, A/C adapter, everything...wouldn't even turn on once. Don't buy!
It never worked and could no make it work It didn’t work it would turn off on its own and stopped working

Eats batteries even when turned off. Wastes too much tape on each print. This thing absolutely destroys batteries. I put in 6 brand new Duracell batteries, printed a shot label and turned it off. Two weeks later the batteries were dead. Tried batteries from a new batch, same thing. I started putting a piece of extra label between a battery and it’s terminal to disconnect while not in use. What a pain! Also, each label wastes about 4 inches of tape. Why?? Buy something else!
Very wasteful margins, even on the thinnest setting... And then it resets your margins with each print. They clearly want you to buy more tape refills, but all it's going to do is push people to buy knock off brands that are cheaper.
Complete and utter waste - it's already in the trash I can't review anything about this item because I can't even get it to turn on, after trying three different sets of brand new batteries. Everything about it looks incredibly complicated. I stupidly therew out the original packaging a few days before even attempting to get this to work, so can't return for a refund. It's a waste of $30, as it's gone into the trash without ever being turned on, let alone used.
No power upon arrival WARNING: Does not come with batteries OR an AC adapter. So, I can't even report on the quality or functionality yet, because there's no way to test this. warning for others who might have missed the note. I saw that the batteries weren't included, but did not see anywhere explicitly stating the AC adapter wasn't included (when's the last time you bought a piece of small electronics that works with an adapter, and it was not included?).
