Avoid using this company at all costs! $16k in Damage was caused to my vehicle and when I came to pick up my vehicle NO ONE said a word about it. The staff here have always taken care of me. Eric is one of the managers there and has always made me feel like a vip client even as they have seen I travel alot with my toddler son. Anytime I fly out of JfK i know my vehicle is well kept and looked after by the entire team here.

Great parking lot operation! I use the JFK lot 2 or 3 times a year. Staff are polite and know their jobs. Their vans are clean and comfy(for a bus). Whenever actually picking up or dropping off, they are prompt (including midnight runs) as the construction & traffic allows.
