Avoid using this company at all costs! $16k in Damage was caused to my vehicle and when I came to pick up my vehicle NO ONE said a word about it. The manager admitted that if I drove away they would have never admitted they damaged the car. Thank god we noticed it before we drove home. Great service. Made reservation easily on line. Only required small deposit at time of reservation. When we arrived, as soon as our bags were out of the car and we were checked in, they took the us right to our terminal, even though it was only the 2 of us in a large shuttle bus. They didn’t make us wait for other customers. Same when we returned. We called when we had our bags. Great service! Driver is courteous and kind. I watched him take extra care with an elderly passenger and it was like he was taking care of his own grandmother. Wonderful to see such care these days. The touch less, digital ticket and the ability to simply click the link to let them know you are ready for pick up is fantastic and so easy to use. Always recommend PP2F to friends and family and will continue to take advantage of this great service that is still reasonably priced.
Very good experience, as soon as you pulled in there was someone to direct you where to go and they took our car. Office people were quick and professional. Shuttle to JFK was clean and comfortable and quick 5-10 minutes. As soon as we landed and collected our luggage, one call and the shuttle was on its way, unfortunately with the ridiculous traffic at JFK the shuttle took about a half hour to arrive.
