Avoid using this company at all costs! $16k in Damage was caused to my vehicle and when I came to pick up my vehicle NO ONE said a word about it. First time we used airport parking here and I don't think we'll ever use anyone else! We were super impressed. As soon as we arrived the driver helped take all our bags and immediately took us to the airport. And upon arriving back at JFK after our trip, the shuttle came quickly, and I even got a call from the office checking to make sure we had found the shuttle! The staff here have always taken care of me. Eric is one of the managers there and has always made me feel like a vip client even as they have seen I travel alot with my toddler son. Anytime I fly out of JfK i know my vehicle is well kept and looked after by the entire team here.
