Polite! A very pleasant experience. There was a delay in pick-up at Jet Blue JFK which was my misunderstanding. Here's what I learned: after you land and have collected all your luggage, call the phone number on your ticket. Listen to the message and respond to the prompts telling you where to meet the shuttle. Here's the part I missed; when asked, "do you want to speak to an operator?", respond, "yes". The operator will send the shuttle promptly.
When we 1st arrived we were greeted by Kwame at the front desk. He was very helpful and amiable. Rodney brought us to JFK for our outgoing flight and Ahbleh picked us up from JFK for our arrival. Both drivers are exceptionally skillful, friendly and helpful. For our arrival back home, our flight was over 3 hours delayed due to the government shutdown and the air traffic controllers being out sick, we called ahead to warn PP2F and they scheduled accordingly with no issues and no extra fees. Every thing went right from dropping off my car to getting picked up at the airport and then driving back to pick up my car which was pulled up to the front gate
I'm a car guy and I agonized over finding long term JFK parking for my beloved Lexus GX460 while I was out of the country for 10 days. The reviews here are bad, but on the SpotHero app and Google they were great. Since this company didn't mention anything about SUV pricing, I called to make sure I wasn't going to get up-charged for a bigger vehicle like so many lots do (read the fine print of the listings). I park there when I went to california, its was so easy getting there and they were very professional, called when I returned they told me where to go for the shuttle bus to pick me up, when I got there my car was waiting all i had to do is put my luggage in and go inside and pay. This is going to be my go to when every I am flying out of JFK again.

Everything was great. Despite reading reviews online that were overwhelmingly negative, we had a great experience here. Mileage and gas tank remained the same upon arrival back home. No damage to car. Shuttle service was very VERY quick.
This place wouldn't honor my reservation because I hadn't made it on their website- I had used a third-party website and have NEVER had trouble with it. They were rude and had zero empathy. I was so stressed out and forced to find alternative parking at 5:30 in the morning with little time to spare. I will never book them again. I had already paid a deposit that I now have to try and get refunded. This may be a legal practice but it is VERY unethical.
