Avoid using this company at all costs! $16k in Damage was caused to my vehicle and when I came to pick up my vehicle NO ONE said a word about it. The manager admitted that if I drove away they would have never admitted they damaged the car. Thank god we noticed it before we drove home. The instructions were not clear. The email stated to wait in the car for an attendant, which was not the case. They requested the key be brought in and reservation verified. Otherwise a great experience. The Shuttle was clean. They arrived about 15-20mins after calling them. Our car was ready and waiting for us when we arrived back to the parking lot. Great experience!
The experience was horrible when it was time to return. I requested the shuttle and paid for it at the same time. Me and the 4 other travelers that I traveled with were waiting for 40 minutes for the shuttle to come. When I called and stated that the driver rode passed us, I was told that the driver picked up another party and that the shuttle was full, and that he needed to drop off and come pick us back up. If you are going to fly out of JFK, this is the place to park! Very simple to get there, right off the highway. We arrived within 5 minutes we were in the van to the airport. (about a mile away). On our way back, we got luggage and called them. Waited less than 10 minutes for them to pick us up. Our truck was sitting thee waiting for us. It was the easiest airport parking I ever encountered.
