Terrible. The last 2 times we used PP2F, on the return it took over 45 minutes for pickup. We saw a company APEX come twice and make pickups while we waited. This was not the case the first time we used PP2F so we wanted to give them another shot. Not sure what's going on but it looks like they only have 2 vans so if they are full before they get to your terminal you are SOL. Everyone is very nice but waiting for pick up sucks.

I have trusted Park2Fly with my vehicle several times, which makes this experience even more disappointing. My vehicle was damaged while it was in their care. I reported it immediately, submitted the repair estimate they requested, and spent weeks following up. After repeatedly being told they were looking into it, my claim was denied. if I could give zero stars I would. Came home from a trip to my tire completely flat. They drove it to the front of the lot on a flat yet pretended that it wasn't flat when they drove it there (only 10 minutes ago). The two girls working the registers inside the trailer were completely unhelpful and refused to let me speak to a manager or to contact a manager on my behalf. Writing this here just in case they delete my Google review Their process of getting on the shuttle at the lot is very disorganized. The day I was there they only had one shuttle working, although they claimed they had 3 which was impossible, because we were all waiting 25-30 mins for a shuttle to arrive at the lot. I made a reservation and paid in advance to park in this lot using Spot Hero. When I arrived I was told that there was no room. They blamed Spot Hero for overbooking. I got a refund, but I will never use this lot or Spot Hero again. I ended up parking in JFK long term parking which was fine and which is what I will do in the future.

I'm really sad to write this review because I used to love parking here and never had any issues before. It's very convenient and close to the airport. They drop you off and pickup right at your terminal. Unfortunately, this last experience was very disappointing. When I returned from my trip, I found my Jeep had a large scratch on the front bumper. I made a reservation which they canceled two days before my flight so I ended up reserving parking at JFK long-term parking Inc. and they were fantastic. Hopefully I'll be getting a refund of my deposit.

This place wouldn't honor my reservation because I hadn't made it on their website- I had used a third-party website and have NEVER had trouble with it. They were rude and had zero empathy. I was so stressed out and forced to find alternative parking at 5:30 in the morning with little time to spare. I will never book them again. I had already paid a deposit that I now have to try and get refunded. This may be a legal practice but it is VERY unethical.

Waited for over an hour for a shuttle! They don't pick up the phone - smart park jfk had 4 busses go by and nothing from them. Save your money at this location
