This place wouldn't honor my reservation because I hadn't made it on their website- I had used a third-party website and have NEVER had trouble with it. They were rude and had zero empathy. I was so stressed out and forced to find alternative parking at 5:30 in the morning with little time to spare. I will never book them again. I had already paid a deposit that I now have to try and get refunded. This may be a legal practice but it is VERY unethical.

Waited for over an hour for a shuttle! They don't pick up the phone - smart park jfk had 4 busses go by and nothing from them. Save your money at this location

WORST experience at a Park & Ride in 20 years of travel. Was left waiting at JFK for a return shuttle more than 30 minutes after calling. It was 5 degrees outside. We were told to wait outside for the arrival. After 20 minutes, there was no shuttle. We attempted to call 3 times: first call rang for 2 minutes without an answer; second call eventually answered with an immediate hold which was not picked up. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!!!! Unless, of course, you don't mind being stranded outside JFK for an hour waiting for the shuttle that is supposed to come every 15 minutes. They just blatantly lie about how long the wait will be. And they couldn't care less!!!!

The staff was absolutely condescending and sarcastic. They left us at the airport for hours and claimed that we didn't call them at the times we actually did. I will never use this service again. What a horrible experience. I'm only giving one star because I have to.

Park 2 fly JFK location. Shuttle was there when I got there so I didn't have to wait long. Person driving was good, got us there safe. Upon return, the shuttle back was the most dangerous driver ever, and I had my toddler child that I was holding on to dear life and praying we got there in one piece. My sisters cars plate was hanging upon our arrival, note it wasn't like that when we left if there. We also noticed scratches on the side of her car. This has been the worst experience. Horrible experience. Do not use this company. I just waited 1 hr 7 mins for a shuttle bus to pick me up from JFK terminal 8. I called at 7:25pm and it showed up at 8:32pm. I could have walked to my car in that time. I called twice to check on progress and was told it was busy traffic. It wasn't. The airport was not that busy, the roads were clear when we did finally get going. Complete BS

I parked at the Newark location, these people are scam they over charged me, what they tell you on line is different when you get there they want way more than they should. please don't pare there. i am not happy with their service.

LGA location has been good in the past. Van usually is there, and gets you to terminal fast. But that is not the case anymore. One van was broken down. After 5-7 minutes I asked how long for the next one. I was told 14 minutes. I explained that I was running late for my flight. The guy just said, you're supposed to be here two hours ahead and walked away. All while three of them just stood around, and the guy at checkin was almost fully asleep when I came up. A sad decline here!
