I have used Purchase Park 2 Fly several times, but I will not be using them anymore. They do not take responsibility for damage to vehicles, so I recommend that folks avoid them. The last time I was there, in early May 2023, we found a dent in the side of the car when we returned, and the collision mitigation system was sending messages about failing. Thank you for the lie and anxiety attack. You booked us, took our $ and overbooked the lot by 30%. You didn't care at all. We had nothing and no where, and with little time we're forced to have a very expensive very poor airport spot at $70 a day. Horrible, unprofessional, and somewhat rude. At least you credited our card, big deal. Don't use this site near JFK. White Plains was great. This =MISERY SHAME ON YOU!!
