Picked up my car it was splattered with bird feces. Asked the guy at the desk if there was a manager available or who I should contact and he just shrugged me off and wasn’t helpful at all. He asked me if I wanted him to clean my car in a joking way. Bad customer service.
We had a great experience here. I booked this lot in advanced after looking at multiple lots in the area and this place was well priced for the few days we would be gone. We dropped the car off and took a ride in the shuttle to the airport with our driver Clint who loaded our bags for us. One thing I appreciated was he was so positive and nice even though it was 3 o'clock in the morning and we were exhausted from driving. We prebooked at a discounted rate, the shuttles were timely and the drivers exceptionally courteous. The text-to-request a shuttle worked flawlessly and our car was ready at the exit for us. This process could not have gone more smoothly. 5 stars, enthusiastic recommendation.
Very quiet location, polite staff and was very prompt And efficient. We got to the airport very fast and when we returned it was seamless. They sent a link that directed you to inform them you arrived and was requesting a transfer. They made me more receptive to flying in and out of LaGuardia again. I recommend 👌🏾
