I just returned from a 5 day trip and as we were getting in the shuttle, my 10 year old daughter says, “Mommy, we should use them every time.” Dropping the car off was a quick process and when we returned, we didn’t have to wait at all for the shuttle. We got our bags, called, within a minute or two the shuttle was there. When we arrived back at the facility, we checked out and got the car key in less than 2 minutes and my car was right in front. DO NOT LEAVE YOUR CAR PARKED HERE!!!!!!!!!!! I’m extremely disappointed with this garage. My boyfriend left his car for six days, and when we returned, two tires were completely flat. This is unacceptable for a supposedly secure facility. The staff showed a shocking level of indifference and provided no assistance or explanation. He has tried reaching the supervisor multiple times, but he’s always unavailable, with no follow-ups. This frustrating experience leads us to strongly advise others against using this garage. We’ve used this location quite a few times now and it has always been seamless, from check-in to check-out. Their system is up to date and user friendly. The shuttle has always been there to take us and never more than a 10 minute wait to pick us up upon arrival. In fact, yesterday was less than 5 minutes. And to top it off, Rolando was our driver again. He’s always a pleasure to see!
The team this morning was On It! So efficient and friendly. Easy to locate; easy to drop the car; easy to get checked in; quick trip to the airport. Assuming my return trip is as seamless, I highly recommend using this parking facility.
The location at LGA is not your best facility. We use this company to park at other airports without issues. This lot is ridiculous. The driver blasted us with Spanish music. If you want to listen to your own music be respectful of people in your shuttle van. Secondly their phone service representative is abrupt and rude. Third we waited an extra 30 minutes for our car to be brought down.
