this place i'm sorry to say really blows. shuttles infrequent. staff communication the epitome of indifference almost mocking of customers. valet parking car logistics or lack thereof inspires anti confidence / dread

1 Star -- If I could give zero, I would. I have never experienced such an unprofessional, irresponsible, and downright inconsiderate operation in my life. After a long flight, the last thing anyone wants is to stand outside in freezing cold weather for over 45 minutes waiting for a shuttle that never shows. But that's exactly what happened. These people are not ready for prime time. Bad customer service. Poor communication. I could go on. Suffice it to say, I was very displeased. ​left us stranded at the airport awhile, because they are very vague in their instructions as to where you need to wait for the shuttle. Called several times for clarification. Quite unprofessional. I've frankly never had experience such as this with any other parking facility.

I collected my bag and called Park 2 Fly at 2:55 p.m. to ask for a shuttle pickup. I was told that one would be arriving shortly. At approximately 3:10 p.m., a Park 2 Fly shuttle sped by, never slowing down, and certainly never stopping. When I called back, the operator said that her shift was just starting, and most likely the previous operator never notified the shuttle driver that I needed a pickup. But not to fear! Just to warn you - I brought my car in for a week long parking. When I brought it in, there was nothing wrong with it. When it came out I turned it on and the check engine light was on and the exhaust system making a loud noise. It's obvious that in the process of parking it the driver damaged it, probably by driving too fast over a bump or something like that. If you ever care about your feeling and experience, DO NOT USE THIS PLACE! They cancelled my appointment when I check in with them because "they are running out of space"! It's hard to believe a long term parking place running out of space for a reservation made weeks ahead. The front desk lady gave me the "not of my business" attitude and urged me to remove my car from their property. BUYER BEWARE I always thought these guys were pretty good until last week. I had a Sunday flight out of LGA had a reservation good to go. Showed up 2 hours before my flight and they turned me away said they wouldn't park a truck. I have parked in this garage with my truck on multiple occassions. I used this company for the first time and I will never park with them again. Parked my car there 11/8 to 11/11 over this weekend, my right front bumper is damaged. I picked up my car 6:17pm and noticed this at 7:01pm so I called them right away about this damage. Spoke to someone finally after calling there several times, they said once the car leaves the lot, they are not responsible! Park here at your own risk. When I was checking in, I was told that my credit card number would be stored on file. Because I have had my credit compromised in the past, I asked why my credit card needed to be stored. I was IGNORED! Gabby, the woman helping me, rolled her eyes and proceeded to ignore me and my question. I then asked Antonio, the man sitting next to her, and he said it was company policy.
