I collected my bag and called Park 2 Fly at 2:55 p.m. to ask for a shuttle pickup. I was told that one would be arriving shortly. At approximately 3:10 p.m., a Park 2 Fly shuttle sped by, never slowing down, and certainly never stopping. When I called back, the operator said that her shift was just starting, and most likely the previous operator never notified the shuttle driver that I needed a pickup. But not to fear! Just to warn you - I brought my car in for a week long parking. When I brought it in, there was nothing wrong with it. When it came out I turned it on and the check engine light was on and the exhaust system making a loud noise. It's obvious that in the process of parking it the driver damaged it, probably by driving too fast over a bump or something like that. If you ever care about your feeling and experience, DO NOT USE THIS PLACE! They cancelled my appointment when I check in with them because "they are running out of space"! It's hard to believe a long term parking place running out of space for a reservation made weeks ahead. The front desk lady gave me the "not of my business" attitude and urged me to remove my car from their property. BUYER BEWARE I always thought these guys were pretty good until last week. I had a Sunday flight out of LGA had a reservation good to go. Showed up 2 hours before my flight and they turned me away said they wouldn't park a truck. I have parked in this garage with my truck on multiple occassions. I used this company for the first time and I will never park with them again. Parked my car there 11/8 to 11/11 over this weekend, my right front bumper is damaged. I picked up my car 6:17pm and noticed this at 7:01pm so I called them right away about this damage. Spoke to someone finally after calling there several times, they said once the car leaves the lot, they are not responsible! Park here at your own risk. When I was checking in, I was told that my credit card number would be stored on file. Because I have had my credit compromised in the past, I asked why my credit card needed to be stored. I was IGNORED! Gabby, the woman helping me, rolled her eyes and proceeded to ignore me and my question. I then asked Antonio, the man sitting next to her, and he said it was company policy. they "lost" my car and it took them one hour to find it. they could have cared less I was waiting. i had to beg them to make it a priority. they were the laziest most apathetic employees I have ever encountered. then the bus driver Clint saw we were waiting everytime he came back with airport pick ups. he stepped in and found the car. going above and beyond his duties. This place is a disorganized mess. Upon arrival, cars were piled up through the exit with no guidance and only 1 lady at the desk. I called for pick up upon my return to retrieve my vehicle and had to call 12+ times and wait over 30 minutes to be picked up. The absolute work airport parking experience ever. DO NOT park here.

If I could give zero, I would. This place is a night mare. Staff is rude. I booked a parking space via Parkingnearairports for Languardia airport, made a partial payment online and was given a balance due at the checkout time. When I came to pick up my car, they asked me for a 30% higher balance due. They tried to have me pay a higher balance and then get a reimbursement from Parkingnearairports.
