I used this company for the first time and I will never park with them again. Parked my car there 11/8 to 11/11 over this weekend, my right front bumper is damaged. I picked up my car 6:17pm and noticed this at 7:01pm so I called them right away about this damage. Spoke to someone finally after calling there several times, they said once the car leaves the lot, they are not responsible! I couldn't believe this person actually said that & think its ok to damage someone's vehicle & brush it off like its not my problem anymore.... read more
Park here at your own risk. When I was checking in, I was told that my credit card number would be stored on file. Because I have had my credit compromised in the past, I asked why my credit card needed to be stored. I was IGNORED! Gabby, the woman helping me, rolled her eyes and proceeded to ignore me and my question. I then asked Antonio, the man sitting next to her, and he said it was company policy. they "lost" my car and it took them one hour to find it. they could have cared less I was waiting. i had to beg them to make it a priority. they were the laziest most apathetic employees I have ever encountered. then the bus driver Clint saw we were waiting everytime he came back with airport pick ups. he stepped in and found the car. going above and beyond his duties. This place is a disorganized mess. Upon arrival, cars were piled up through the exit with no guidance and only 1 lady at the desk. I called for pick up upon my return to retrieve my vehicle and had to call 12+ times and wait over 30 minutes to be picked up. The absolute work airport parking experience ever. DO NOT park here.
If I could give zero, I would. This place is a night mare. Staff is rude. I booked a parking space via Parkingnearairports for Languardia airport, made a partial payment online and was given a balance due at the checkout time. When I came to pick up my car, they asked me for a 30% higher balance due. They tried to have me pay a higher balance and then get a reimbursement from Parkingnearairports. This place blows, do not park here if you want to be on time. Rude ass people that you speak to on the phone (especially a young girl who worked the evening/night of 2/20/2024) and then they take forever to pick you up. I will never use these people again
this company has unbelievable business practice. I made a reservation (also charged a fee) for 2/11/24 when I arrived at the location it was completely closed with a note taped on the window stating "full". i waited 20 minutes and no one appeared. as my boarding time approached I had to figure out an alternative with minutes to go! the ads say 24/7. the place was closed. so I parked in the actual airport lot because I had no choice or warning and it cost me four x the rate. when I called this company I was told they were ov... read more
Legit morons working here. Called them to let them know I arrived, gave them my name. They need a ticket number. Gave them the only "number" they included in the confirmation email. SURPRISE! THEY SAID ITS THE WRONG NUMBER. Idiots
This place is a nightmare. Booked the space 30 days ahead of time on Airportparkingreservations.com. There was no mention of car size as far as availability, just an up charge for an SUV. No problem with that. Was told when we got there that they wouldn't let me park my Ford Expedition because it was too big. Had I known that min advance, never would've booked the place.
