DO NOT PARK HERE. I would give this place ZERO stars if possible. We arrived here for our flight and were told they were not taking any SUVs even though we made a reservation a month earlier. We had to scramble at the last minute to get a parking spot and pay $20 for Uber. They were adamant that our reservation didn't matter because it was booked through a third party. They never contacted us earlier to tell us they wouldn't accept our car. Almost missed our flight. They are a NIGHTMARE.

This place sucks!!! My family and I reserved to park our vehicle with this company in early January 2023 for our winter break trip in February but when we arrived the day of our trip to park our vehicle on February 19, we were informed by the manager and counter girl that our reservation had been cancelled. We told them that we never received a cancellation notice, but were told that anyone that comes will be turned away because they were booked up. Was flying out of LaGuardia and had to wait for shuttle to take us for 15 minutes. Coming back I asked for pickup and gave them my ticket number to get my car ready. We stood outside waiting for over 25 minutes. When we got on shuttle the driver asked for everyone's ticket number,so I gave it again. Got to office paid for the balance and was told car was outside.
