Was flying out of LaGuardia and had to wait for shuttle to take us for 15 minutes. Coming back I asked for pickup and gave them my ticket number to get my car ready. We stood outside waiting for over 25 minutes. When we got on shuttle the driver asked for everyone's ticket number,so I gave it again. Got to office paid for the balance and was told car was outside.
