Im only giving 2 stars because the mark ups are way too much and force you to get Allstate insurance on a lot of items which serve no purpose I bought a tv screen went black allstate told to contact manufacturer for warranty claim and they fixed it the included allstate policy is useless and it's a added cost to items I understand they need to mark up items to keep program running but no reason some items are 2x the price you could buy way cheaper at bestbuy,Walmart
Very slow, continues to log me out and recently every purchase i try to make it states I need to add the right account for payment.
Scammers. I've had my borrow balance deducted several times for no reason I even purchased 2 twice and paid off entirely and they are still lowering my borrow amount without notice to where I can't buy the things I want.
Downloaded and approved but you have to be a federal employee to use. Disappointed but whatever.
Ordered from them, received the wrong item. Returned it and have yet to receive the correct package. Christmas isn't that far away and not one Customer Service Representative speaks nor understands English. Do NOT waste your time.
