Had this app for years and the update or like of is so bad, nothing works. Can't add anything to my cart

My order keeps getting cancelled without them contacting me AFTER I submit allotment info and supply all documents requested. When I call, can barely understand them with some of their thick accents. It is such a pain to go in and cancel these allotments afterwards. I Do not recommend this. Go elsewhere.
update 9/10/2023 the update is for the level of customer, I've been using Purchasing Power for about 12yrs and NEVER I have experienced the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE in my life ever since they outsourced the customer service to India it has been horrible. They NEVER RESOLVE your issues, you have to call back week after week, after week. I've been waiting 2months for them to cancel a television I never received, but their still taking the allotment, the order was to cancel July 25th and hasn't 🤬
Horrible af going on 3 months still can't get a spending limit created 3 accounts and nothing just like every other company customer service is trash and you will get nowhere . Skip the insurance warranty it's a scam to get extra money

They advertise at work as a low cost option to loans. They charge %100 too %400 percent markup. Use Aafirm or SNAP instead.
Never works right. Sick of it. Please don't ask me to explain to you why your stupid app doesn't work.
At first it was great!!! But then the pandemic hit. I had purchased a cruise for $4000 and could not use my cruise vouchers because of the pandemic. I've written so many letters and I've yet to receive my refund. So until I get my money back my advice to anyone on here is to run!!!!!! don't walk away.
