Error codes about products causing loading issues. The car audio section in particular, does not say if some speakers are pairs or individual. Prices are almost double on most items.

Horrible Customer Service...0 Star worthy. Get rid of customer service and hire competent employees. I've been hung up on 7 times today just trying to find my freight order from 3 weeks ago. At this point, I think I may be done with Purchasing Power as a company due to inept phone support.

Before the update my spending limit was always showing.. ever since a update now I am no longer able to see my spending limit & I always have to put my info back in just to find out what it is & after the total doesn't stay, has to be redone every time just to do anything.
I have been using purchasing power for 5 years. I go on to use a few days ago and have no spending limit available. Call customer service and they tell me that I am past due and looking at a charge off. I provided paystubs back to beginning of 2024 and spoke to my payroll department which stated that all payments were sent..and I'm still being t9ld by Purchasing Power it will take 60 days for them to "figure it out"
