A great app for hassles! You can order something, get the wrong item, have it replaced with the wrong item again, only to end up with wasted gas for returns and no products. I do not recommend to anyone.
They actually refuse to take a person on disability payment monthly. They actually said couldn't take my money cause I get social security well I think better business bureau would love to here They discriminate toward a disabled person after giving a credit limit too!! And my money is as good as the next person!! Signed Totally pissed!!
Will mot let me get past log in screen error code 001 whatever this means
Apparently if you have 2 emails on your account you can't buy anything. They say it'll be 7 to 10 business days before we can purchase anything because there's 2 emails. Mind you, nothing says anything about 2 emails causing any issues. So even if we did wait that long nothing would come in on time. The customer service couldn't even give us a straight answer. So good luck getting any service if you use them, they apparently don't know how anything works.

My order keeps getting cancelled without them contacting me AFTER I submit allotment info and supply all documents requested. When I call, can barely understand them with some of their thick accents. It is such a pain to go in and cancel these allotments afterwards. I Do not recommend this. Go elsewhere.
update 9/10/2023 the update is for the level of customer, I've been using Purchasing Power for about 12yrs and NEVER I have experienced the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE in my life ever since they outsourced the customer service to India it has been horrible. They NEVER RESOLVE your issues, you have to call back week after week, after week. I've been waiting 2months for them to cancel a television I never received, but their still taking the allotment, the order was to cancel July 25th and hasn't 🤬
