Poor customer service if you need to update any account information or log in,be prepare to wait forever for proper help. The representative have no idea how to correct the problem their solution is to call back tomorrow they are quite busy. No supervisor to contact it goes straight to voice mail. This is horrible but they are quick to get your money. I never experienced this ever before.

Horrible af going on 3 months still can't get a spending limit created 3 accounts and nothing just like every other company customer service is trash and you will get nowhere .

I've ordered a phone multiple times now and they make me wait over a month just to cancel the order the week of when it's supposed to arrive, I've waited almost 4 months for nothing

Far from a friendly and easy to navigate app, but the biggest flaw is with android os compatability. Key board won't pop up, tabs won't redirect, and lastly glitches out. This app needs a complete overhaul. I give this review without any biased based opinions just facts I've noticed. P.s. I have a S21 ultra up to date, and I definitely know my way around computers. This is not a user error issue. Thanks for reading!
