All of a sudden app keeps crashing.

Ordered an item. Delivery date got pushed back 3 times, now the app immediately crashes upon opening, delivery date came and went, still no item. Starting to think I got scammed.

Ordered something but found out I ordered the wrong size. When I called to deny the delivery I was told I would have to pay 250 for something that wasn't even delivered to me. I was doing what I was told by a representative and was told nothing about a 250 charge to return. I would have just kept it at that point. Completely disappointed and enraged. So now I'm paying for something I didn't even get.

I can't ever seem to be able to use it as nothing loads for me to look at, let alone purchase. I've been able to use it for years because of work, but the app is garbage. I literally cannot use the perk of purchasing power because nothing loads. Just takes you back to the main screen.
