Ordered something but found out I ordered the wrong size. When I called to deny the delivery I was told I would have to pay 250 for something that wasn't even delivered to me. I was doing what I was told by a representative and was told nothing about a 250 charge to return. I would have just kept it at that point. Completely disappointed and enraged. So now I'm paying for something I didn't even get.

I can't ever seem to be able to use it as nothing loads for me to look at, let alone purchase. I've been able to use it for years because of work, but the app is garbage. I literally cannot use the perk of purchasing power because nothing loads. Just takes you back to the main screen.

Usually love Purchasing power. Their app must be down though...because I keep getting error messages that I need to validate eligibility or nothing changes on the screen at all. Otherwise, I would normally give them 5 stars.

Stopped working on sat 12/11/2021, nothing loads, account information not available, that's the only reason I gave 2 stars, it's not working. Otherwise, prior to 12/11, it was working fine
