Was on furlough due to pandemic. Company did not offer flexible payments. They wanted product paid for within the same time frame as scheduled. Prices have skyrocketed on here drastically. $70 for a $30 toy. Go look at the price of phones and beats headphones. $480 for $250 headphones. I know they make their money through upcharge and it's normal business. However, it has gotten too bad. Deleting the app and will use Aaron's or Rent A Center if I absolutely need to.

However, when paying with cash or credit cards is challenging, we provide the option to pay for it over time. Additionally, our display price regularly includes a first-class warranty and we frequently offer promotions.

Just a forewarning.... If you are out from work on temporary leave this company will continue to take full payment but not let you order even if you do continue to get paid through your job for temp leave. Kinda comes across as they know better than you concerning your financial situation. Again, they will take FULL payment from that same pay but NOT let you order no matter how great the need may be. App is a little shotty as well, had to uninstall and reinstall at minimum 4x.

I was a happy customer until I purchased an item and did not receive it, I filed a missing package through UPS which they sent a claim and paid for the item and I still have not been able to get a replacement item or a refund and the customer service for this experience has been horrible

I would be very careful when buying anything from this website. They offered a Flash Sale "up to 40%" and I couldn't find anything that was actually on sale. They had a tablet I was looking at...original price $696 and flash sale price $665. I called and explained to them that is only 5% or less really and why even list it in the flash sale. They played dumb really well and didn't know what I was talking about. Umm hello not your average Joe I can do the math. Very shady....

The app keeps giving me an error code saying I don't qualify for the program even though I've been with my current employer over a year and meet all of the other requirements. Please fix it.

Won't allow me to even sign up. It says to start typing your employer and select once it pops up. Do you only provide service for people who work for certain employers, because it want allow me to just type my job in? Oh well, I'll try after pay. You guys have a lot of bad reviews anyway.
