I love this damn app
The app works great but the service is a shady rip off. For example the MSRP of an iPhone 11 pro 64gb is $999 they list it for $1678 that's almost 2x the cost, even iPhone 8 are listed over $1000. I know they should make some money off of each transaction but almost 100% profit per item is ridiculous.

I was really excited to use them through my job but they seem determined to not sell me anything. Got a laptop with expedited shipping and on the day it was scheduled to arrive I got an email saying my item is out of stock so order was canceled. I called and a rep said if I picked a different computer I would be able to use their promotion of the day to get expedited shipping for basic shipping cost. I upgraded to a better laptop but couldn't select expedited shipping. Such a joke!

App is just ok. Except I have to force close it because if I leave it in the background it was randomly pop up by itself asking me to log in. Customer service reps were good. However, not even they could tell me anything about my shipment. My package was shipped several days after my placing the order and I found out 5 days later that it shipped. Then found out the day before it arrived that it was coming the next day so no time to schedule to see if I could be home during delivery hours.

After three years of using this company with a pre paid phone I no longer have use of it after the lastest security update, I worked for 3 weeks to fix the problem to finally be told the reason is because I have a pre paid phone, which I have always had

answered a credit question incorrectly and I can't ever use this application EVER. they assured me that since i messed up incorrectly answering a question that there's nothing they can do about it and now I can't fix it, change it NOTHING. STRAIGHT GARBAGE!
