Works great after difficult setup Setup was difficult (worked on PC but not Mac) but once it was connected, all ok.
Love this. Ended up buying a second one as well. I bought a second one so I can have one at the warehouse and one at home. It's quick, clear and no toner or ribbons to replace! Loads easily too.
Works great for ebay and etsy Works great ive been using this for over a year with no problems for both my ebay and etsy shops clear quality labels. The labels are slightly more expensive compared to generic printers but I still think the quality is worth it. Good investment.
Runs like a sewing machine The media could not be loaded. First one jammed almost immediately, support did a replacement and this one has been working flawlessly for over a year almost 2,000 labels later. Highly recommend (but be sure to get the off brand labels for 1/10th the price of OEM) The wireless version might be a good quality of life upgrade, but this works great

Feels great to print shipping labels at home ...although I wish the steps to print shipping labels from PDF is slightly easier. Right now you need to use Acrobat Reader, select area and use custom printing setting.

Must-have, easy to set up & use! We use this with PirateShip for our online store & works great. We were printing from a regular printer & cutting to fit before. This is very fast & I’m still amazed that there’s no need for ink!
Great printer but… This is a great little printer, but if you plan to print Amazon return labels (or others) directly to this printer, it can be a little clunky. In order to have the label fill the entire paper, you have to save the file as a pdf, open with Adobe, “snapshot” and highlight just the label, then print. Not terrible, but a few extra steps I wish weren’t necessary. Other than that, works great with the P-touch software I already had installed for my label maker. Great for labeling file boxes.
