Great for small businesses Finally saved enough money from my business to purchase one of these. It’s so easy and I am so grateful. I have a MacBook and all I had to do was download the designated driver when I plugged it in and all is well. I love the portability and quality of prints. I also use Pirate Ship for shipping and this printer is also adaptable to that software.

Great material I love everything
High quality printing, affordable generic supplies available & user friendly! This printer has been a lifesaver! I can print multiple shipping labels super quick, all at once, and it cuts between each one automatically. I also use the smaller 2.4” wide label to print product labels. The reason I hated printing labels with my laser printer is because the ink would smear, I would have to tape over the label to protect the barcodes, which defeated the purpose of printing on a label in the first place. Working with ShipStation... Using a MacBook... This printer is not on SS supported list and they even tested it. It works now. For a Mac use CUPS printing. After installation it worked the first time. Not a fan of only Brother labels (expensive), but I will be looking for a way around that. Worked with UPS and FedEx directly as well. Recommend the printer.
Easy to use Works great. I print a decent amount of labels. Love how quick and easy it is.
Perfect for shipping labels, but capable of smaller labels around the home/office as well. I bought the QL800 originally, but ran into issues with the labels being too small (2.4" width with continuous length). We had issues getting things scanned in and out at the post office and the post office workers were complaining that they were too small.
