Saved me a ton of money! Got tired of buying printer ink and shipped around and decided on this one. Prints clean as long as the image is clean. I'm using paper that isn't brother brand and no issues. Comes with print software that I almost never use. Over all happy as this saves me money on paper and ink! And it's a much smaller footprint on my desk!
Printer is great, but.... I started having issues with my Dymo(over 4+ years old) so I went with this one based on the reviews, the printer worked great through the starter roll of labels (though I didn't like that it cut each one separate, so if you are printing batches you have to stand there and grab each one to keep it in order, annoying when you print 40-50 labels at a time). Happy Customer! I wish that the shipping label print out just one click. There are couple steps you have to do before you be able to print the label. But I’m ok with that it work perfectly for my Etsy. Thank you.
Stellar little product. We print the back labels for our coffee bags with this. Very good little printer. Easy to setup, and easy to use.

Easy use for a guy who doesn't use computers alot.🤣 I like the product, I watched a few videos on how to print and I followed the instructions it was easy as that. I just switched from a regular printer and this by far is way better for selling and shipping packages. Btw you need a cord if you would like to use your phone.

Easy setup. Great print quality. Given the number of mixed reviews on this product, I was initially hesitant to purchase. But I'm so glad I did! Setup was easy and straightforward. I had no issues installing the drivers on my PC. I love the fact that the unit comes with 2 sample size label rolls so I could start printing right away. Printing the labels is easy and I'm impressed with both the speed of printing and the quality. Love that the machine cuts the labels for you.
