Double check the refill paper to make sure you have the proper type that will work Print quality was great tech support is terrible once I was up and running my wife loves it. I also bought additional paper that was in correct type for the printer

Easy to install, easy to use, easy to install the labels, labels never jammed, easy to change from 1.1” continuous length labels DK-2210 (for my price tags) to 4x6” labels DK-1247 (for my shipping labels). It’s the best investment I’ve made in regards to label printers. I’ve used Dymo and have thrown away 2x Dymo in total frustration! This printer is frustration free! Thank you for making my life easier! :)
A real time saver for small biz shipping. I use this to print postage labels and customs forms. From the Mac, this looks like a regular printer and after you've loaded the printer drivers, the correct label sizes will show up on your "cmd-P" print panel. I used to print these items on paper, cut them out, and then tape them to the box, so the speed improvement is significant. It works until it doesn't Cheaply made product. Mine only lasted for 1 year. The laser printer started missing lines. When contacted Brother, the repair price far exceeds a brand new one.

I went 15 years without one- Why??? I have always loved Brother products, especially since their monochrome printer 5340D that I bought here on Amazon in 2009 is still going strong!
