Easy to Use! Love this printer! I am in love with this postage printer! It was so easy to set up and easy to use. I also love that it comes with labels so it is ready to use right out of the box. And since it is a Thermal printer, you never have to buy ink! If you are still trying to decide which printer to get, I highly suggest this one.

Nice Printer Once Set Up - Needed Tech Support to complete process I bought this based on a review that said it was easy to set up and use. That was not the case. I had to call Tech Support to help me get this working. There are multiple steps that need to take place in order to get your labels set up to print. Connecting the database was easy and I was able to download the printer driver but if the cable is plugged in before you do, it wont work.
