Very painfull!!! All I needed was a DOT Physical. The provider was great but office staff was terrible. Had to go back four times they would say they would call me but never did. It took me stopping and sitting for hours. The only time I would get movement is when I sat in the office I would not recommend any one to go there. I know I will never go back🤕

I arrived at 9:30am. Was told that there was 6 people ahead of me. I know for a fact one of those patients only had poison ivy. I Was not seen until 12:30pm. A 3 hour wait sitting outside in the FL heat. Once called back, my appt. Only took 10 minutes. The NP was able to diagnose but informed me that they did not stock ear wicks, which i needed for treatment. My ear closed up in the 3 hours i was made to wait. Had i been seen when i arrived the eardrops would have been effective. Due to the delay, i suffered in pain all week... read more

You violated my HIPAA rights you had no right to call my pharmacist and or my primary care to find out what I was or was not taking I will never use you again and if you were the last doctor on Earth I would not come see you

I was really sick and had been in bed for several days. I told them I had been really dizzy, nausea, no appetite. No one checked my ears until I finally asked them to. The nurse who first came in the room checked my bp and oxygen. While wearing a mask underneath her nose while sniffling, which she never pulled up. Never checked my temperature. Dr came in asked a few questions, checked my lungs and my belly. Never took my temperature either.They took a covid test. Wrote me a script for nausea meds and sent me home.

I was very happy with the doctor.My issues were only with the people at the front desk. They were afraid of the virus. But they failed to wipe down the doors after everybody walked in. They fail to wipe down the computer after every touch and used the computer. I also suffer from asthma . They made me sit outside in the extreme heat. I also suffer from skin cancer.

Doctor Dennis said he was going to send a medication to my pharmacy and never did. Cut me off everytime I tried to speak. Very rude and unprofessional. Made me feel I was an inconvenience.

Had to wait for a while but good staff took plenty of time with me Medicine prescribed was a bit rough but it worked
