Staff was very polite. The nurse practitioner was extremely knowledgeable. She was thorough.. the wait time was over four hours to be seen. Patients waiting were irritable and rude. Facility is way understaffed. E Heubach is a wonder practitioner. She was the only practitioner on sight. It was impossible for her to handle the patient load.
