I was greeted by a very friendly receptionist. She took care of setting me up a new patient. I was called back shortly after finishing the paperwork. The medical assistant was very friendly and professional. The practitioner was very professional and listened carefully to my medical issues. She evaluated my injury and issued prescriptions and explained my treatment plan. I am extremely satisfied with the entire office visit and the individuals with which I had contact. I came in due to some lacerations on my hand and was impressed with the staff from the moment I walked in to when I checked out. Though it wasn't particularly busy when I arrived it was apparent that the front desk staff had some level of triage and was very accommodating to my needs. Once back in the exam room the medical assistant was wonderful and checked in periodically. Daysi, the NP, provided exceptional care and made sure I was comfortable throughout the procedure. Highly recommended this Urgent Care location, I went in on Sunday morning, expecting a long wait, but the process was fast and smooth from check-in to discharge. The medical staff took their time, listened to my concerns, and provided great care.
