This is a “QUICK” care med…..aka walk in clinic…. Why did it take 4 HOURS to be seen for a simple look in the ear for an infection! I’ve never in my life spent time like this at an urgent care setting! I could have been in and out of the ER faster than this place! How do you keep 2 kids under 10 entertained in a clinic setting/room for 4 damn hours??????

I was the second in line when the doors opened and still wasn’t seen for nearly an hour and a half. There was one team member doing intake and insurance verification and she was clearly overwhelmed. The doctor sat without patients for at least 30 minutes while the front office determined copay’s and benefits. There must be a better process.
Just had to wait a hour being first one in line ?
Went in on Sunday morning after not able to get into dr office and trying medical plan call in dr. Finally able to get medication and feeling better after a little over a day. So happy they listened to me symptoms and treated me so I could get on the mend. I wish I could go to bed for a week and rest but work, bills, life will not go on hold.

Rude, unhelpful, deceiving
I will being choosing someone else in the future.
Because I have insurance that isn’t open on the weekends for you guys to call, I have to pay $150 for a visit. It’s $90 if I don’t pay my hard earned money for insurance. I left. Won’t be back. Would you? ER co pay is only $100. I went with that.
