I would have gone directly to the emergency room had Bambi Heyer not been there! She has treated me a few times over several years! If she had a practice of her own, I would be a patient in a minute! Monday I was severely hurt from a bad fall, most of my skin from my elbow was missing and she took her time to figure out the best approach to see it up. My knee was also injured. Was kept waiting for over an hour and a half. I filled out the forms indicating my scripts would go to CVS in crystal river also told the nurse practitioner to make sure they went to CVS and she assured me they would. My RX got sent to Publix. Only the girl that took me back to do my vitals was friendly. The girls up front were rude. Needless to say I will never go there again. Bambi was very nice and attentive.
The lady at the front desk was not very friendly. The wait to be seen was kind of long, but I have to say it was 2 days shorter than when I could see my PCP. So no complaint there.

Well the wait was way to long in waiting room and exam room the Dr comes in checks me and my wife fast we have had a sore throat and cough for 3 weeks sore throat for a few days she says we both have allergies from our dog we had for 8 months really I said there is crap going around she sags lots I said don't think it's allergies she said go get tested gives us ammoxcillen what ever won't be back

Got there at 12 was asked to come back at 2:30 ok then was asked to go back home and wait for them to call me why they didn't call before 2:30? Called at 4 got there 10 after and still waited got out at 5:28.when your sick that's alot.
