We saw Katie and were so pleased with her. Her bedside manner was amazing and she took great care of my son. So sad to hear she is going to the chief land office.

Had to get a physical for the next day and we were in and out with in an hour.

total visit was about an hour which was not bad people were courteous and polite helpful in telling me where pharmacy and xray were which was convenient as quite close by checked my insurance (from out of state so have different insurance) before I saw someone so I knew if there was a copay or not. pa was very good and made sure I knew what to do before leaving

Bambi, the NP was fabulous....very knowledgeable, thorough and quick. HOWEVER, that didn’t make up for the HORRIBLE check in process, the 2 hour wait just to be called (especially since we were told by staff that the check in/appointment times were wrong, the clock was off). Hell, it was a horrid 2 hour wait with every other sick soul in Citrus County there with me. There were plenty of rooms for patients, just needed more than one person(NP) to see patients. I won’t be back.

Would give zero if I could. The rudest medical receptionists we have ever encountered. Unbelievable how rude these people are. I have a call into quick care corporate, that's how bad it was. Simply because they close at 7 and we walked in at 6:30. No one wants to do their job here. Need new staff badly
