The lobby was very clean, the check-in a bit awkward and a professional & nice front desk staff. I was happy that the attending medical staff was Bambi, who I had seen in the past. She is extremely knowledgeable snd professional and treated the issue i came there for with an expertise that left me confident I was receiving excellent medical care & treatment.

Took forever to get into a room. Total time there 1.45 to look in husband’s ear. Only took 8 patients total and we were number 4 Quick care or urgent care is not accurate Doc Bambi was very nice. Has to be a better system for patients’ comfort
The PA in the Crystal River location an older gentleman gave me the wrong advice and zero meds for an mis diagnosed me.. He told me to use a hair dryer and vinegar due to I had fungus. I went back to another location and was able to get ear drops and a totally different diagnosis . No fungus but an ear infection. I went another five days of pain when ear drops would have helped before I fly. Please review your staffs tactics! Went for ekg. Was done fine but took several attempts. Contact with the clinic is a disaster. Call center hard to reach. Then forwards to clinic which is Uber staffed. Goes to a mailbox which is full and so you can’t leave is message Frustrating
The place is dirty and the wait was extremely long.

My appointment was at 2:45 they closed for lunch and return at 3,so sing in everyone that had appointment at 3 and up was taking.it was 4 still wating to be call so everyone they can't after 4 was taking inside finally I was call to be wating again. So a new walking came in no appointment was taken before me. I left by 6 it was not fair for me to wait it that long. I would never going there. I preferred the one in Cristaln River FL. Better staff.

Had a allergic reaction on my right arm
Went there checked in . Waited patiently as there were 2 ahead of me. Attending physician let me know she needed to get to a patient that needed sewing up. I went to see if I had a UTI, 6 days later still waiting. I have no intention of returning to that location. I will tell anyone ,who my ask if it was a good place to go, no.
