Was a very good experience we have been there several times with bee sting and ant bites.

Natasha Kline PA was great. She remembers me from my last 2 visits. I got stung by bee very allergic and they took me in immediately. The whole staff were very kind.

Took my daughter in for a rash and the nurse practitioner came in looked at my daughter and looked in her mouth and said I’ll be back with 2 shots and I said what is the shot for and what kind of shot I’m sorry but I feel the nurse or doctor should explain why and what kind of shot their giving to my 10 year old .. I’ll never go back .
at the front desk the women said 1 hr wait we were there over 3 hrs

The doctor was guessing and she made it very clear that’s what she was doing. She guessed 3 different things. And then stated she’s been doing this for 40 something years… and yet here I am the next day they are all cleared up because I apparently upset a mosquito. I will NEVER ever come back here again. It was so bad with her guessing that I stood up and said I think it’s time for me to leave.
Do not recommend at all. Unprofessional, disorganized, and extremely long wait times even with minimal people. After over 2 hours of waiting and poor communication with staff, I attempted to call the Homosassa location. The contact number only goes to their corporate office. Of course, I made my way to the complaints department via the automative phone directory. Once there, I was unable to leave a message because the mailbox was full (I'm sure of complaints!). I would have gone directly to the emergency room had Bambi Heyer not been there! She has treated me a few times over several years! If she had a practice of her own, I would be a patient in a minute! Monday I was severely hurt from a bad fall, most of my skin from my elbow was missing and she took her time to figure out the best approach to see it up. My knee was also injured. Was kept waiting for over an hour and a half. I filled out the forms indicating my scripts would go to CVS in crystal river also told the nurse practitioner to make sure they went to CVS and she assured me they would. My RX got sent to Publix. Only the girl that took me back to do my vitals was friendly. The girls up front were rude. Needless to say I will never go there again.
