The process was made easy which I liked. I was kind of bummed because there was no wrap up or thank you at the end, seemed like I was just kind of done with. We were told we would get a thank you gift, a wood carving, but that was never sent which funny enough, I was looking forward to it. But overall, process was made easy for us.
