Bitter and unpleasant experience. Bossy, unethical, unprofessional and has a bad attitude. Lured me to select him as a loan processor by promising zero fees, competitive rate and waived appraisal fees. As a lender he issued a loan estimate for the same address with zero’s lender cost and zero appraisal fees to get me but towards the closing, he unethically re-disclosed a Loan estimate of over $4475 closing fees on the final loan closing disclosure, making me feel helpless.
