This thing was clear.
Tristan was very helpful. He reached out to me, left a message, and when I called him back he wasn’t available. I was told he was helping another customer, but would call me right back. That is exactly what he did within just a few minutes. I now have 3 accounts, so he helped me download the Radiant app. This will make bill payments much easier for me.
Excellent follow up for a complication during a business account closure. Extra effort was required and thankfully this help led to a positive outcome.
Set up. Mobile acct for mortgage. The representative was very nice and walked me through the entire process. He was on the phone with me for 20 mins as I am technologically challenged.😊
