Naomi Smith was excellent with helping with the loan for my Cadillac last fall — quick responses & answered all my questions. Then Colleen Bosley & Naomi helped again this month (July 2024) with my refi. Again, super friendly and quick responses, answered all my questions. I can’t think of any negative experiences at SunState, now Radiant, but I think this is the first, maybe second, time I’ve taken the time to give feedback.
