Outstanding customer service some of the best I’ve witnessed in years
I have been a customer for 30 years. Kathy Ann was AMAZING with my Fraud department issue and gave me information that the Fraud Department NEVER shared such as: Gas Stations sometimes put a hold over hundred dollars on a card and only deduct the actual price of the gas in the end. If we could give 10 stars we would. Summer was amazing helping us get the boat we wanted. Very professional and friendly, made us feel like we really mattered and was always right on top of things and kept us informed all throughout. Working with her was our best experience ever with any loans we’ve had in the past. Can’t say enough about our experience with working with her. We will continue to work with her in the future for our needs.
