Evelyn help me do a wire transfer and she was really nice about it. I was super nervous.
The experience was amazing. Rachael Murphy was absolutely spectacular. She did everything and it was a quick process, taking care of us in every possible way. I hope to work with her again in the future.
Our experience with Radiant Credit Union has been nothing but awesome. Everyone is friendly and helpful. I corresponded on several other occasions with other employees also. I would recommend them to anyone.
Summer did a great job. Called me back - listened to our needs and made our experience very easy.
Naomi Smith was excellent with helping with the loan for my Cadillac last fall — quick responses & answered all my questions. Then Colleen Bosley & Naomi helped again this month (July 2024) with my refi. Again, super friendly and quick responses, answered all my questions. I can’t think of any negative experiences at SunState, now Radiant, but I think this is the first, maybe second, time I’ve taken the time to give feedback. Super positive experience — thank you, Colleen and Naomi!
I asked, you delivered. Thanks!
Very helpful! Resolved my issue quickly. Very professional.
Competitive, competent, kind, understanding, and always friendly! Thanks so much Radiant!
Kathy Murphy i believe was her name was great. I couldn’t log into my account and she was very patient and walked me thru wash step
