When you get to talk to someone, it’s really a great service but going through your automated service it’s hard because sometimes he doesn’t understand or he says he didn’t hear what we said.
Ron went above and beyond to help me . He was knowledgeable of the problem I was having - he was very patient and gave very clear directions as he he walked me step by step through the process. Great Job!
