Everything for the most part went well. As a first time land buyer, there were a lot of things that I did not know the answer to, and and everybody was pretty much able to give me the answer that I needed. Although there was one thing that caused other things to get delayed that I was originally told would be accepted as long as it made it before closing. So it felt like the bank was trying to rush me then, when a week prior I was told that it was acceptable.
