Everything for the most part went well. As a first time land buyer, there were a lot of things that I did not know the answer to, and and everybody was pretty much able to give me the answer that I needed. Although there was one thing that caused other things to get delayed that I was originally told would be accepted as long as it made it before closing. So it felt like the bank was trying to rush me then, when a week prior I was told that it was acceptable.

The entire process was very smooth. All associates were very friendly, professional and knowledgeable.

They all were super communicative throughout the entire process with phone calls and emails and guided me every step of the way so there were no surprises on closing day.
