Was very knowledgeable and efficient.
It started a bit confusing because there were multiple people at different levels that the transaction processed through. But once we were settled in with Caity as my person it was effortless. She was responsive to my request for a quick closing. She communicated very well.

From the start of the loan process to the end of the process everything went smoothly. Every person involved at Radiant CU from the start when I spoke to Tyler Brandon who took the time to listen and listen to our needs and then when we were sent to Mrs Bosley who Made sure the process kept going. We made the time to get everything they needed. The appraisal company was quick at setting up and had everything done quickly. If we could give more than 5 ⭐️ stars we would.
Radiant was very easy to work with. There team is very helpful and made our loan process for a heloc loan easy. Plus very friendly staff .
