Outstanding customer service some of the best I’ve witnessed in years
I have been a customer for 30 years. Kathy Ann was AMAZING with my Fraud department issue and gave me information that the Fraud Department NEVER shared such as: Gas Stations sometimes put a hold over hundred dollars on a card and only deduct the actual price of the gas in the end. Having this knowledge from the fraud department would have avoided my credit card having to be replaced a week ago - and to which I had to pay to FedEx it to me because I live in North Carolina. .Kathy Ann also went the extra mile by telling a... read more
