DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE!!!! CLASSIC BAIT AND SWITCH!!!!! I was quoted a price by Brian on the sales team of $2414.42, back in May 2021 for a move in July 2021 from California to Arizona. I had a 642 sq foot condo and was told by Brian that the minimum rate would be $2414 and that I would still have room for 45 more boxes after we went over everything I was moving. Never in my life have I experienced such poor customer service especially from management. On pick up day, they attempted to charge us over double what our estimate was, used a 3rd party moving company that had no Dod number, and whose movers left without picking up our stuff. When I tried to Talk with Jim, the Assistant Operations Manager, he spent the 10 minute phone conversation yelling at me, cussing at me, then apologizing because he was "thinking of another client.." just to turn around and cuss me out and hang up on m... read more
Do not use them, they are scam artist who will lie up until the day before you plan on moving just so they can say you broke the contract and keep your deposit. Bbb has so many complaints and they've only been in business since 2020.... don't let them scam you
Completely disgusted with them. I paid a premium to have them deliver a service which they never did. DO NOT TRUST THEM! Scott will promise you white glove service and guaranteed pickup dates…well they missed their first pickup up date, followed by the 2nd and 3rd day. Finally completely frustrated I canceled my service cause no service was ever provided. Then they won’t refund my $1800 deposit. They don’t respond to any emails or phone calls.
