Worst moving experience ever. No one should ever contract with this company. They are unreliable and the people we spoke to were rude and unprofessional.
BEWARE!!!! THIS COMPANY IS NOT BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU APPROVED. This company is out to SCAM you! All negative reviews get removed. All positive reviews are FAKE! This company will quote you a low moving cost, and then on pick up demand $1000 more in cash. They lie about EVERYTHING!!! They are not professional. If you hire this company. You WILL regret it.

We apologize your move went up in Cubic feet upon loading the items and therefore costing more money. We ask in the original call is there any items we missed. We also do 2 additional calls which allows you to change the inventory. This call takes place 24-72 houtrs

BUYER BEWARE!! THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM! 5 STAR REVIEWS OF THIS COMPANY ARE FAKE! THIS COMPANY IS NOT APPROVED BY THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU.! My daughter booked this company for a move to a different state. They quoted her $2650 based on the exact number of boxes and furniture she was moving as she was 100% packed at the time of the estimate. When the movers showed up, they demanded $1000 more. They told her her original estimate was inaccurate. ... clearly a scam. When my daughter refused, the movers drove away.
Stop! Read this before making the mistake to trust Rapid Van Lines with your move. They run the same scam over and over. They were just a cheap broker regardless of what they promise. Starts very professional with a moderate quote just to get you hooked. They pack your stuff in their small truck and say, look how full! buyer beware!! go to the federal transportation board website for invaluable tips on what to look for in a fraudulent company, deep dive into customer reviews, like yelp, and you will see a pattern, this company uses a 'bait and switch' tactic by luring the customer in with a low rate and then doubling it when they arriving at your house on moving day, and you've already paid a deposit. all funds they ask for are via a payment method that is non-disputable or refundable such as money orders, zelle app, cash. take inventor... read more
WORST COMPANY EVER!!! BUYER BEWARE. THIS IS A SCAM. Rapid Van Lines quoted mg daughter $1650 based on an exact inventory since my daughter’s apartment was completed packed when she received the quote. When the movers showed up on moving day, they told her the quote was incorrect and she would have to pay them $1000 more.
Moving is never fun, but this was a nightmare. To help future movers ask for their 4 contracts upfront, these were not presented until all my furniture was loaded in the truck. I was unaware more contracts had to be signed. And the free insurance they speak highly about is a rip-off.
