I have had my date and backup date picked out for weeks for the 19th and 20th of MAY. Empty promises were achieved. I first started talking with Joseph Stoia and he was great.Was in contact with me through the early steps of this, Giving me information and helping me through it all. Rapid Van lines (aka Moving Relocation Systems, LLC) is the worst moving company! They arrived late to pick up our belongings with one mover and a foreman in a Ryder truck, not a Rapid Van Lines truck. The foreman sat in his car the majority of the time. The pick up of our previously packed storage unit took almost five hours because there was only one guy working the majority of the time. On moving day, four guys showed up on time. The pack moved everything within 4 hours. No damages, no issues. There were NO SURPRISES, NO OVERCHARGES, NO ISSUES, and they have customers for life. Recommended the movers to all.
