Transparent, fast,great customer service Fully transparent in the fees charged by the lender, the loan officer was knowledgable and even reset my application when she saw my credit went up substantially between application approval and closing the refinance.

Received a much better interest rate!. Easy to apply, quick decision and turnaround time. Just be careful when they tell you that you'll get a refund from your gap insurance if you are refinancing. I contacted the dealership per the rate genius loan person and it was non refundable. Misinformation.

It can't get any easier!!!. I first want to thank my Loan offecer Kamron! He made the whole process as easy as it could. It was very hands off on my part. He even got me a lower rate than he orginally quoted me. If you want a hands off process i highly recommend not only Rate Genius but if you can work with Kamron!!!
