Easy and good rates The process was fairly easy and got a better rate.
Great rate, lender only receives checks My experience with rate genius was very easy and quick. My loan officer was very easy to communicate with. I got my rate cut in half by going through one of their lenders which is awesome! The only small issue I have is that the lender is a small community bank and I have to mail in checks every month and I can't pay online. Overall very happy!
The approval process what's quick and easy. Getting ahold of the loan officer was a bit difficult but only because I work nights. The review reminder emails were pretty annoying. Overall good experience.

Surprisingly Easy Very cool how they called me after the application and had already found a loan for me. Mark was a very easygoing and friendly guy on the phone. Even after I told them I wasnt a citizen they found a loan for me; At some credit union ive never heard of before, but with amazing interest. I filled the usual forms in my email, sent it to them and within two weeks it got approved. Would recommend, amazing,cant believe I ran into Rategenius.
