The process was very easy but there was no follow up to make sure everything was completed. I just received the information on whom and how to pay and my payment is due on the 19th.
Painless Do it. Chances are you will get a better rate.
Refi of a car laon That it was a relatively quick and simple process with experienced help throughout the process
Painless Quick, easy and great staff. Saved over 2 percent.
Easy and Fast The whole thing was done in a couple of days. I just had to text a few things and the paperwork was overnighted to me. Once I sent everything back, it was a done deal before the week was out.
Great service and loan process The whole process was very effective and flawless.
Good Good service
Dillon Edmiston from RateGenius was amazing. He was super helpful and walked me through the entire process. He wasable to refinance my loan in 2 days! Saved me over a hundred dollars on my monthly payment. They put me with a new credit union who has so far been very helpful and kind unlike my previous one. Definitely recommend them!
Simple/ Easy Didn't get all the info i needed initially, but issues were figured out quickly.
