Car refinance loan I got a pretty good rate and the process was simple. Only issue was having to send documents twice, because the loan officer mistyped my VIN.
Applied through Credit Karma Rate Genius found the loan and acted as the Broker until the process was complete. They did a good job making the process simple.
Lowered my rate 3% saving me $125 month easy process- they seem very busy sometimes hard to contact my loan officer but overall happy with the process.
Seamless The entire process was seamless. The rep that called me was thorough in his explanation of the process. Left me with no questions. The rate cut my payment in half. The financial institution selected to fund my loan was reputable and local. I'd will definitely use RateGenius again.
