Simple, helpful, detailed.. Helpful thru the process but a lot of details to be filled out during with the loan agency yet Rate Genius made it as easy as possible. When I had questions thru the process of the new loan papers my rep was accessible by email & phone which helped, didn't make you feel you were bothering. No nonsense, just got it done.
