Agent very knowledgeable and honest The submission of all the paperwork might seem daunting to others. Communication at their end was not seamless. It wasn't clear who was processing our paperwork.. Overall though, outcome was good with a few little hitches on the collection of paperwork.
Best loan I received.. I applied for a refinance loan with RateGenius because of the COVID-19 and not knowing if I would be able to pay the $485 Car loan with another bank.
