Great!!!!. That this is a great company that is willing to work for you not against you.
customer service is great They worked around my very busy schedule to get me refinanced at a much better rate than i was paying through the other company.
They matched me with a CU w/ lowest IR I highly recommend RateGenius. For $25, they scour the nation for you to find the best interest rate possible. They are very useful.
Very easy loan process!!. Very easy and fast loan process.
Quick and Easy!. Very fast and easy!! Saved $60 a month on truck loan!
Excellent!. I like that they are a brokerage and only perform one hard pull on your credit, then shop around. If you go to a dealer, "let's get you the best rate!" - 5 hard pulls later, yeah you may have a good rate but your credit score just tanked and you have 5 inquires that will take 2 years to fall off of your report. RateGenius is an awesome company, great to work with and you'll be happy with the outcome.
Got me a very good rate Very good rate love it
It was a fast and easy process My agent fromRate Geniuswas Aaron B. Aaron was awesome to work with, he did all the footwork to find me a lower rate. He answered all my questions, and helped me to understand the process. He is a consummate profesional and so easy to work with. Thank you so much for your service and assistance.
