Great experience!. Had recently contacted rateGenius through credit karma to see about refinancing my 2016 Kia soul, after a few hours I received a email saying I was approved and was assigned a person to help me through the process (Andy Lam). Overall Andy was extremely helpful and was able answer any questions I had, the entire process took around a month to compete and required me doing very little on my part and I will definitely be recommending this to friends and family.
